That is where we compete. We keep our crew small on purpose so the same faces are on your property from the first day to the walkthrough. We price in writing so nobody has an uncomfortable conversation at the end. And we clean up the site every evening, because you still have to live there while we work.

A written price
Itemized before we start. Change orders priced and approved in writing too, so nothing shows up on the final invoice that you have not already seen.

Permitted work
We pull permits and schedule inspections on any job that requires them. Permitted square footage counts on an appraisal. Unpermitted work does not.

A clean site
Scrap hauled, offcuts stacked and the yard swept at the end of the day. You still have to live there while we work.

We carry insurance and build permitted, inspected work in North Carolina. Ask us for current certificates and license details when we come out for the estimate — we will hand them to you in writing rather than asking you to take our word for it.
Our own crew. We keep it small on purpose, so the person who quotes your project is on site while it is built. We do not sell your job to a rotating set of subcontractors, though licensed electricians and plumbers handle their own trades.
