What we build

Outdoor living, built to stay standing.

Four things we do all day, every day. Everything below is built by our own crew — we do not hand your job to whoever is available that week.

  • 01

    Pavilions & covered patios

Freestanding pavilions and attached covered patios with real roof framing, cedar or pine tongue-and-groove ceilings, stained beam work and recessed lighting. The kind of structure that reads as part of the house, not an afterthought bolted to the back of it.

    • Engineered footings
    • T&G ceiling
    • Fans & can lights
    • Matching shingles
  • 02

    Outdoor kitchens & stone fireplaces

Stone or brick veneer bases, granite tops, built-in grills, sinks, refrigeration, wood-burning or gas fireplaces, and the electrical and plumbing rough-in that has to happen first. Mounted TVs and privacy screen walls included where the plan calls for it.

    • Masonry veneer
    • Granite counters
    • Grill & sink set
    • Fireplace
  • 03

    Decks, porches & screened rooms

Pressure-treated and composite decking, code-built stairs and railings, screened porches and three-season rooms. Ledger flashed correctly, joists hung right, stringers cut to spec — the parts nobody sees are the parts that fail first.

    • PT or composite
    • Code railings
    • Cut stringers
    • Screened options
  • 04

    Additions, remodels & carpentry

Room additions, mudrooms and rear entries, roof tie-ins, siding and trim repair, and the custom carpentry that makes new work disappear into old. Permitted, inspected and tied into your existing structure properly.

    • Roof tie-in
    • Framing
    • Siding & trim
    • Permits pulled

We tell you the truth

Weather and inspections move dates in eastern NC. You hear it from us the day it happens, not a week later.

Build

Structure first

Footings, ledgers, flashing and framing done to code. Finish work only looks good on top of a frame that is square.

After

We answer the phone

Listed open 24/7 and we mean it. Punch list items get handled, not ignored.

Service area

Answers

Questions we get asked most

Straight answers, no runaround. If your question is not here, call and ask.

  • Most covered pavilions and outdoor living builds we take on land between roughly $25,000 and $90,000, depending on square footage, roof structure, ceiling material, and whether you add an outdoor kitchen, fireplace or masonry. A straightforward covered porch runs less; a full pavilion with stone fireplace, kitchen and finished cedar ceiling runs more. We give you a written, itemized price before anyone swings a hammer — no allowances that quietly balloon later.
